These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the services, website, and any online platform (collectively, the “Platform”) operated by New World Driving School (“we”, “us”, “our”, or the “Company”).
By accessing, registering for, or using our services in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform or our services.

There is no walk-in service or in-class (physical classroom) training option available.
1. SERVICES OFFERED
New World Driving School provides:

In-Vehicle Driving Instruction
-
Online Beginner Driver Education (BDE) Program
-
Test preparation support
We do NOT provide:
-
In-class or on-site classroom training
-
Walk-in customer service
-
Phone-based customer support
All communication is conducted via email only
2. REQUIREMENTS FOR ONTARIO STUDENTS
As a Ministry-Approved BDE Course Provider, the student agreed and consents to the following statement:
“I certify that the statements in this document are accurate and consent to the release of any information contained herein to the Ministry of Transportation (MTO), the Insurance Bureau of Canada, and auditing firms retained by the Ministry of Transportation of Ontario.”
By registering, you confirm your consent.
3. PAYMENTS & FEES – STRICT ADVANCE POLICY
All payments must be made IN FULL and IN ADVANCE before:

Booking driving lessons
-
Registering for online BDE
-
Scheduling tests or evaluations
No services will be provided until full payment is confirmed.
Accepted payments and invoices are processed through the platform or by email instructions.
Failure to complete payment means no service is guaranteed or confirmed.
4. CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY (VERY IMPORTANT)
In-Vehicle Lessons

You must give minimum 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a driving lesson.

If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, the full lesson fee will be charged
-
If the instructor arrives and the student does not show up within 15 minutes, this is a NO SHOW
-
A No-Show results in 100% of the lesson fee being charged with NO REFUND
Online BDE Sessions / Tests
Failure to attend or complete a scheduled online requirement without proper notice will:

Result in forfeiture of the session fee
-
Require full re-payment to reschedule
Exceptions are only made in documented medical emergencies and at our discretion.
5. LOCATION & PICK-UP POLICY
All in-vehicle lessons operate only in the London, Ontario service area

Pick-up & drop-off must be within approved zones
-
Additional travel beyond this area may incur extra charges
-
Students outside London must arrange transport into the service zone
6. COURSE EXPIRY
All purchased courses and lesson packages expire ONE (1) YEAR from the date of purchase.
After expiry:

All unused lessons are forfeited
-
No refunds or extensions are guaranteed
-
A new registration / payment is required
7. USER ACCOUNTS & ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
You confirm that:

You are legally able to enter into this agreement

All information you provide is true, accurate, and complete
-
You will keep your account details secure
You are responsible for any activity conducted under your account.
We are NOT responsible for losses due to misuse of your account by others.
8. PRIVACY & SECURITY
Protecting your personal information is taken seriously. Information collected may include:

Name, email, address, license number

Course progress
-
Payment details (secured third-party processors)
-
Driving assessment results
This information may be shared with:

Ministry of Transportation of Ontario
-
Insurance Bureau of Canada
-
Official auditors as per Provincial regulation
We do NOT sell or distribute your personal information to unauthorized third parties.
By using our services you consent to this data collection and use.
9. USE OF PHOTOS / VIDEOS (OPTIONAL FOR STUDENTS – IF APPLICABLE)
By participating in any session, you may grant permission for non-identifying photos/video for promotional purposes.
If you do NOT wish to be included, please inform us by email in advance.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All material, training content, videos, documents, and website material are the property of New World Driving School.
You may NOT:

Copy, sell, distribute or modify any material

Share login access
-
Reproduce content for commercial use
Legal action may be taken for violations.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
All services and materials are provided “AS IS”.
We are NOT responsible for:

Test failures
-
Scheduling conflicts
-
Personal mistakes or negligence
-
Third-party website errors
-
Weather conditions or road hazards
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to us in the 3 months prior to a claim
12. TERMINATION OF SERVICE
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account if:

False information was provided
-
Payment is reversed or disputed
-
Behaviour is inappropriate or unsafe
-
Terms are violated
No refund is guaranteed after termination.
13. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by the laws of:
Province of Ontario, Canada
Any legal action must be brought in Ontario jurisdiction only.
