We are looking for a Door-to-Door Appointment Setter in solar energy industry . In this role, you will be responsible for engaging homeowners in person, generating interest in our solar solutions, and scheduling qualified appointments for our sales team.

This is NOT a typical 9–5 job.
This role is for competitive, high-energy individuals who want to push themselves, work outdoors, and earn based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Canvass local neighborhoods and engage homeowners in conversations about the benefits of switching to solar.
• Educate and excite potential customers about the cost savings, sustainability, and incentives of solar energy.
• Schedule high-quality appointments for the sales team to conduct consultations.
• Maintain a friendly, professional, and persistent approach to build trust with homeowners.
• Track and manage interactions using CRM tools to follow up effectively.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff of appointments.
• Stay motivated and contribute to a fun, competitive, and team-oriented culture !
