Solar PV Installer

This role focuses on the installation of solar panels (PV systems ) in the field.
Pay starts at $20/hour with opportunities for growth and long-term career development.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Install solar panels (PV modules) on utility-scale solar sites
Perform general labor duties on solar project sites, including material handling, site preparation, and cleanup.
Assistwith the installation and assembly of solar components as directed.
Operate basic hand and power tools safely.
Maintain a clean and organized worksite while following all safety protocols.
Work closely with site leadership and crew members to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements:
Experience with solar panel installation or construction
Ability tolift upto 50lbsregularly.
Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for 8+hrsa day.
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions (extreme cold or heat).
Strong workethic, reliability, and commitment to safety.
Pre-employment drug testrequired.
Reliable transportation to and from the job site
Other duties as assigned.
