Job Title: Senior .NET Full Stack Developer
Job Location: Hybrid (Wednesdays in Silver Spring, MD)
Length: 9-12 months+
Background: Standard
Interview Process: Virtual, followed by an onsite

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain interactive web application systems
Manage a large portfolio of application requests with Client, PMs, and other developers
Participate in code reviews, demos, and team knowledge-sharing
Produce technical specifications for web initiatives and integrations
Maintain, scale, and enhance web platforms
Stay ahead of emerging web technologies and adopt relevant ones

Required Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
7+ years of hands-on development with Microsoft technologies
Proven ability to create responsive applications across desktop, mobile, and tablet
Core Technical Skills - C#, ASP.NET Framework/Core, .NET 5+, Entity Framework
RESTful API development
Architecture patterns (MVC, MVVM, MVM)
Troubleshooting and debugging
Creating architectural diagrams (UML, BPMN)
Experience in Data Privacy implementation, preferably with DataGrail
Soft Skills - Self-motivated with excellent time management, strong communicator and mentor

Preferred Qualifications:

SQL Server, NoSQL (Cosmos DB)
JavaScript frameworks (Node.js, Bootstrap, Foundation)
Microservices architecture
CI/CD tools, GitHub/TFS
CMS/Commerce (Episerver preferred)
Microsoft Dynamics, TDD
Workflow/task management systems
