Overview:
Seeking a detail-oriented Recruiters at all levels to assist with the high volume of incoming applications.
Knowledge of Financial Services Accounting or Middle Office Finance REQUIRED.
This role focuses primarily on sourcing/recruiting new candidates, reviewing resumes , screening candidates , and recommending qualified applicants for next-stage interviews for roles within Hedge Funds, Private Equity Funds, Real Estate Firms and Alternative Asset Managers.
Ideal for someone with a strong recruiting background or accounting/finance background who thrives on efficiently identifying talent and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
