Job Description

LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with a prestigious law firm in Washington, DC is seeking an experienced Real Estate Assistant to join their team.

This position is hybrid.

Responsibilities:

• Drafting legal documents and correspondence

• Maintaining and tracking files

• Managing calendars

• Processing invoices

• Scheduling meetings

• Arranging travel

• Entering attorney time

• Corresponding with clients

• Providing general administrative support

Requirements:

• 2+ years of recent law firm experience

• Real Estate Finance support experience preferred

• Strong MS Office knowledge including Advanced MS Word

• Excellent communication skills

• Very organized

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Compensation

The anticipated salary range for this position is $70,000-$110,000 per year depending on experience, education, and other job-related factors.
