Accountabilities Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent, large-scale healthcare implementations. Own project financial management, including forecasting and variance analysis. Develop and manage detailed project plans covering scope, schedule, and risks. Set and manage client expectations through effective communication. Facilitate regular project meetings to ensure accountability and progress. Identify, document, and resolve project risks and issues proactively. Serve as the primary escalation point for complex project challenges. Provide status reports on project progress, financials, and dependencies. Collaborate with various departments to align on client outcomes. Improve and standardize delivery processes and documentation. Mentor Associate and Project Managers on delivery excellence. Support continuous improvement efforts at the portfolio level. Requirements Proven ability to manage multiple high-volume projects in a fast-paced environment. Strong project financial management skills. Demonstrated success influencing internal teams and executive stakeholders. Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to lead distributed, cross‑functional teams effectively. Proficiency with Microsoft Project and other Office tools.
