A bit about us: We’re seeking an Insurance Coverage Attorney to join a well respected civil litigation and insurance defense practice in Dallas, Texas. This position offers a hands on opportunity to work alongside experienced trial lawyers on complex coverage matters involving commercial and personal lines policies.

Job Details What You’ll Do:
Handle insurance coverage matters from initial analysis through resolution.
Draft coverage opinions, reservation of rights, and declination letters.
Assist with coverage litigation, including declaratory judgment actions.
Conduct thorough policy interpretation and risk evaluations for insurer clients.
Collaborate with trial and claims teams to strategize case direction and resolution.
Manage deadlines and maintain high-quality work in a fast-paced practice.
What We’re Looking For:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
At least 2 years of insurance coverage experience (first- and/or third-party).
Texas Bar admission in good standing (or willingness to sit for the TX Bar).
Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
Must be based in or willing to relocate to Dallas, TX — this is an in-office role.
