Rula Health, a division of Rula Technologies, is seeking a compassionate and licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based behavioral health care to a diverse population of clients while leveraging innovative technology that enhances the therapeutic experience. You will conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver ongoing psychotherapy using modalities such as CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, and other empirically supported approaches. Working within a dynamic and inclusive culture that values creativity, teamwork, and continuous learning, you will collaborate closely with psychiatrists, primary care providers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate holistic, patient-centered care. As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Rula Health, you will manage a caseload of clients across both in-person and secure telehealth settings, ensuring all services are delivered in compliance with HIPAA and state licensing requirements. You will be responsible for accurate and timely clinical documentation within our electronic health record (EHR), regular progress monitoring, and adjusting treatment plans based on clinical outcomes and client feedback. You will also perform risk assessments, develop and implement safety plans when needed, and respond effectively to clients experiencing acute symptoms or crisis situations. You will play a key role in supporting Rula Health’s mission to integrate technology with compassionate care, contributing ideas to improve digital tools, clinical workflows, and client engagement. In this full-time position, you will participate in team meetings, case consultations, and clinical supervision, as well as ongoing training to stay current with best practices and emerging trends in mental and behavioral healthcare.
