What a Typical Day Looks Like - Call warm leads + respond to inbound opportunities
- Educate customers on value + coverage (not just price)

- Present quotes, build value, and close business
- Role-play, train, and grow your skillset every day

What Were Looking For - Competitive, coachable, growth-minded professionals

- Michigan P&C license required or willingness to get licensed (we help)
No insurance experience required. Just bring the drive well build the skill.
Requirements - Strong interest in sales
- Self-starter with the ability to follow a proven process
- Comfortable with outbound calling (we train the talk path)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work on-site in South Haven or Portage
