The Role (a.k.a. Your Chance to Be the Hero Behind the Scenes)
We’re looking for a Part‐Time Legal Executive Assistant who can keep our Founder on track, on time, and occasionally sane. If color‐coding a calendar brings you joy, if you’re allergic to chaos, and if you secretly thrive on being the go‐to problem solver—this is your moment.
Hours: Flexible hours per week

What You’ll Be Doing
• Keeping calendars, tasks, and schedules flowing like a well‐organized symphony
• Helping wrangle a fast‐moving inbox (prioritizing, following up, deleting nonsense)
• Creating and polishing documents
• Supporting recruiting operations through data entry, candidate outreach and organization
• Posting light content (LinkedIn + Constant Contact) when needed
• Tracking projects and keeping things moving
• Guarding sensitive information like a vault
• Spending time on the phone — you should be the kind of person who doesn’t flinch when the caller ID lights up
• Using (or quickly learning) legal terms without breaking a sweat — knowing the difference between litigation, labor & employment, and corporate isn’t required but earns you cool points ⚖️
Who You Are
• 2+ years of executive or admin experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Comfortable with Microsoft 365, and basic online tools
• Proactive, reliable, organized, and independent
• Professional, trustworthy, and good‐humored
