Job Description

Legal Executive Assistant

We're seeking an experienced Legal Executive Assistant to support a senior Litigation Partner. This is a temp-to-hire, fully in-office role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment and brings strong litigation support experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage meetings, and travel coordination
  • Support litigation processes and legal workflows
  • Handle confidential and sensitive matters with discretion
  • Troubleshoot basic IT and technology issues

Qualifications

  • Experience in a legal or litigation environment
  • Strong knowledge of legal terminology
  • Proven executive-level administrative support skills
  • Prior experience supporting senior or high-level partners preferred

Pay Details: $32.00 to $45.00 per hour
