Join a thriving, well-established primary care network serving the Vancouver, WA and Portland, OR metro area. We’re actively recruiting Family Medicine and Internal Medicine physicians for multiple outpatient clinics across the region.

You’ll join a collegial, physician-led environment with experienced peers, strong care teams, and exceptional system-wide support—allowing you to focus on patient care without unnecessary administrative burden.

• Competitive compensation: $300,000–$305,000 base salary with a two-year salary guarantee (1.0 FTE)
• $30,000 sign-on bonus
• Flexible FTE options: 0.60–1.00 FTE, including options to work 3-12s, 4-10‘s or 5-8‘s.

• 100% outpatient practice with no inpatient responsibilities

• Strong team-based care model with nurse care managers, social workers, behavioral health providers, and pharmacy support
• $40,000–$60,000 in student loan repayment (site dependent) plus eligibility for HRSA loan repayment
