Internal Medicine Physician
StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $328000.00 - $328000.00

Enjoy excellent compensation, flexibility, and a supportive team-based environment. We’re seeking a BC/BE Internal Medicine Physician for a well-established outpatient practice in vibrant Fargo, ND.

Position Highlights:

• Guaranteed compensation floor of $328,000 for 2 years
• $100,000 retention bonus after 4 years
• Flexible 4- or 5-day schedule
• Light call (1–2 weeknights/month + quarterly weekends)
• Team-based care with 20 providers
• Optional 6-week annual hospitalist coverage
• Teaching opportunities with Internal Medicine Residency
