Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems, ensuring clear communication with the kitchen staff
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
• Manage tables effectively by bussing, resetting, and ensuring cleanliness for subsequent guests
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities, while maintaining accountability
• Assist with food preparation, food safety protocols, and sanitation standards to uphold health regulations
• Foster positive guest relations through excellent customer service, addressing inquiries or concerns promptly
• Support other team members during busy hours by providing assistance with serving or host/hostess duties

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred, but not required
• Strong knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and food safety regulations
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Basic math skills for cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
• Basic English speaking skills; Vietnamese recommended but not required
• Ability to work hours including lunch and dinner, weekends, and holidays as needed
