Events And Sales Assistant

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Events and Sales Assistant to join our vibrant team. In this multifaceted role, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of a variety of events while also assisting with sales activities to help drive business growth. This position requires an individual who is detail-oriented, proactive, and possesses excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and coordination of corporate and social events from start to finish.
• Support the sales team with lead generation, client follow-ups, and preparation of sales materials.
• Liaise with clients, vendors, and venue staff to ensure clear communication and smooth event execution.
• Manage event logistics including scheduling, equipment setup, and onsite assistance.
• Maintain accurate records of event details, sales activities, and client interactions.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience in event planning, sales support, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by event schedules.
• Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
