Pay: $2279 - $2745 | Shift: 3x12 Nights

As a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Room, you will play a critical role in assessing and treating patients with a wide range of medical conditions. Your ability to multi-task efficiently and provide premium care during acute illnesses or trauma will be essential. You will collaborate with the emergency room charge nurse and acute care nurse to deliver top-notch care.

• Conduct individualized patient assessments and prioritize data collection based on immediate needs
• Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
• Perform treatments and procedures accurately and in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean and well-stocked work area
• Provide patient and family education tailored to individual needs
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and progress accurately
• Initiate emergency resuscitative measures as per protocols
• Adhere to safety and infection control standards
• Assist nursing staff in other departments as needed
• Maintain confidentiality and provide care in a non-judgmental manner
• Need 1 year experience in setting
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current California licensure
• ACLS, PALS, CPR, and NRP certifications required
• TNCC certification required within one year of hire
