Employment Litigation Associate

A highly respected boutique practice (name withheld for confidentiality) is seeking a sharp and experienced Employment Litigation Associate with 3 or more years of relevant experience. Responsibilities

• Manage defense side employment litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and direct client communication.
• Provide employment law counseling, including agreement drafting, policy review, and cross jurisdictional compliance guidance.  
• Work closely with senior attorneys on complex and strategically significant matters.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of employment litigation experience. 
• Strong foundation in employment law related advisory work.
• Admission to the New York Bar. Admission in Connecticut, New Jersey, or California is a plus.
• Experience with employment agreements, restrictive covenants, executive compensation, plaintiff side representation, or traditional labor is a plus but not required. 
• Excellent writing skills and strong client service orientation.
