DentalWorks is seeking a motivated Dental Hygienist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team within our network of clinics. As a key member of a patient-focused organization, you will provide high-quality, compassionate dental hygiene care while contributing to a supportive, team-oriented environment. In this role, you will perform comprehensive prophylaxis and periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, and other preventive procedures in accordance with current clinical standards and state regulations. You will obtain and review medical and dental histories, perform oral cancer screenings, take and interpret dental radiographs, and document all findings and treatment in the electronic health record with accuracy and attention to detail. You will educate patients on oral hygiene techniques, nutrition, and preventive care, tailoring instruction to each patient’s needs to support long-term oral health. Working closely with dentists, dental assistants, and front office staff, you will help coordinate patient flow, support treatment planning with accurate charting and periodontal assessments, and ensure a safe, clean operatory environment compliant with infection control and OSHA guidelines. The position requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and a commitment to building trust with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
