Job Description: We are seeking motivated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Poured Wall Construction Laborers. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to start a career in construction. No prior experience is required; we will provide all necessary training. The successful candidates will assist in the installation, finishing, and repair of poured concrete walls, ensuring that all work meets the company’s standards for quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the layout and set-up for poured wall construction.
  • Help build and install formwork for concrete walls, ensuring proper alignment.
  • Participate in pouring and finishing concrete under the guidance of experienced team members.
  • Monitor the curing process and assist in making necessary adjustments.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with project managers, supervisors, and other construction professionals to complete projects on time.
  • Learn and apply basic construction skills and techniques.

Qualifications:
