Ultimutt Dogcare LLC is a growing pet care company based in the United States seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to manage our financial records remotely. **Applicants must be based in the United States.**
In this role you will be responsible for keeping our books accurate and up to date, managing invoices, and ensuring our finances are organized so the business can continue to grow. You will work directly with the owner on a part-time basis with flexible hours.
Responsibilities include:
* Recording and categorizing daily financial transactions
* Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
* Reconciling bank and credit card statements monthly
* Generating financial reports and summaries for the owner
* Managing client invoices and tracking outstanding payments
* Assisting with payroll processing and tax preparation support
* Maintaining organized and accurate records in QuickBooks
Requirements:
* **Must be based in the United States**
* Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting
* Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is required
* Strong knowledge of bank reconciliation and invoice management
* High attention to detail and ability to work independently
* Reliable internet connection and personal computer
