Belvoir, VA Position Overview Nationwide IT Services (NIS) is seeking an Agile Coach for a potential upcoming opportunity. Enable delivery teams to adopt Agile methodology and support development activities. Establish processes for managing a portfolio of work in an Agile way and drive strategic organizational change for Agile adoption. Embed Agile culture using Agile and Lean methodologies and ensure stakeholders can access accurate project/program status without disrupting delivery. Position Duties Coach delivery teams on Agile practices, ceremonies, and continuous improvement. Support the adoption of Agile and Lean frameworks across the organization. Facilitate workshops, mentoring sessions, and knowledge transfer activities. Establish governance processes for Agile portfolio management. Advise leadership and stakeholders on Agile transformation strategies. Define and maintain Agile metrics to support delivery and performance tracking. Support cross-team coordination and program-level delivery alignment. Develop internal coaching capabilities to enable staff to coach others.
