Accounts Payable Associate We are looking for an A/P Associate to join our Accounting Team. As an Accounts Payable Associate, you will be responsible for processing and paying invoices from our vendors, ensuring accuracy with company policies and procedures. Job Responsibilities: Review, verify and process invoices from vendors, ensuring accuracy and completeness of invoice data. Obtain proper approvals and authorizations for payments in accordance with company policies. Enter invoice information into Computron. Collaborate with other departments to facilitate timely and accurate payments to vendors. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies or issues. Perform other related duties as assigned. Job Requirements: Our ideal candidate must work with a strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization skills. Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must have some familiarity with Microsoft Office.
